  This place is the worst! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I've advised my family to never send me anything through UPS anymore. Two packages"delivered" in the last two weeks that went to wrong addresses. The first time, the person who got it nicely brought it over. The second time, $100 online order gone, "delivered to the side door" when THERE IS NO SIDE DOOR ON THE PROPERTY! Four calls to the nation wide 800 number trying to find out what happened, each time being told I would get a call from the local center. A week later and I still haven't heard from them about what they are going to do to right their mistake.
  I am so disappointed in this company, and pissed off that someone else is enjoying my $100.

  We missed our package delivery on Friday because we were not home. We called the number on the slip and they told us they would call back within the hour. They did not call back Friday night drove to the distribution center Saturday morning and it was closed but a man asked him if he cod help him. My husband explained the situation and the kind employee went and found our package and Gabe it to my husband. We were very pleased and the final outcome was terrific!
