  Was able to get an appointment the same day and was very happy about that, but the technician informed us that we had a leak and needed a whole new air conditioning unit for $3,000. He didn't really test anything so we called someone else for a second opinion and ended up pay $120 to fix it.

  Just had them out to get my central air working. Fixed what the old person had messed up. My overall experience was good. The one thing that surprised me though is how a part that costs $15-$40 online cost $162 from them. I was told labor was included but it took about 30-45 minutes in all to locate the problem and fix it and I was already charged separately for them to come out and do the work.
