  Retail store:
  I have been shopping here over 30 years spending tens of thousands $$ in retail store area with good experiences.
  
  Service dept:
  Good experiences in the past years...however..I have felt very unsatisfied with my experiences in the past year. I also feel very unsatisfied with my attempts to get a resolution to my specific experiences. I strive to use my resourcefulness to cherish and preserve relationships in my life.
  I would like to encourage the service dept to help customers resolve issues preventing them from “qualifying” for service.
  Being on the water is something many people daydream and look forward to in their limited time away from work.
