  I ordered two fm portable radio's I tried one out and it seemed to work great. I told my friends to order from the same company since we all needed a similar radio for a convention we were attending out of country. My bad for not testing both radio's but when we got there the one did not work. It was completely defective. The battery holder seemed to be the problem so I put the battery holder in from the working one and it still did not work. But what really upset me was the customer service when I let them know the issue they didn't really care. They said when we got back home could pay to mail the defective one back and then they would send a new one. The problem was I would have no use for this after the convention so why would I pay more money to send it back. Also this was horrible timing we are out of country and the day before we find out we have no radio to listen to the translation of the convention into our language. I thought they could have sent us a new one for free or refund all or part of what I spent on the original one. They didn't do either.
