  Leslie was my first contact person. Lovely lady and excellent at her position. Dr Andrew is an excellent doctor and I feel very confident I was treated with expertise. The manger was also very friendly too. They all provided what I like to call "We care service."
  
  :-( Today when I called with questions another woman answered the phone. She was not impressive, combative tone and I know for a fact the information she was providing was not correct, whoever she is she gets 1 start. She should not in customer service! If she would have been my first contact with this business I would not have gone there and would have missed out on my positive yesterday.
