    Came in for my 4 year old to get glasses for the first time. Dr. Matt was great with my son. Was not impressed with any of the other staff. Had no assistance really with the glasses. Even had to ask for a case and a cloth for his glasses, it wasn’t something that was provided. Was asked if I paid for the warranty, after I said yes, was when I got a kit for the glasses. Very disappointed with my sons first experience with glasses- was hoping Rx would of been a good experience. Will not be coming back to this location.
