  We had JP install 2 furnaces in our duplex and they did a fantastic job. The customer service was outstanding, from the the crew who went the extra mile for us on the installation to JP himself, who spent extra time diagnosing and fixing an unforeseen problem with our electric wiring. And last but not least, I want to express my deep gratitude to Traci, who was so helpful in coordinating everything. She answered all of my questions, and made us feel so confident about the whole process. When we had a problem receiving one of our Consumers rebates, Traci took it into her own hands and got it all sorted out for us. What amazing service on every level! I cannot say enough good things about JP Heating and Cooling. They really care about their customers.
